Do I need to be a professional to join Jam Nation?
No! Jam Nation is not reserved for musicians who play as their primary source of income. Non-professional musicians, whether in the early stages or with many years of experience, are also welcome to join. They will be matched with musicians at a similar level so that they can use the jam sessions to focus on suitable repertoire and techniques and share similar experiences in their musical journey.
Is there a Jam Nation community in my city?
We have launched in Milan, Italy, but plan to expand to other cities with a significant musical scene around Europe and beyond. You can consider following us on your favorite social to ensure you won’t miss a jam when we launch in your city! Also, let us know where you think we should launch; we are always happy to listen to and work with enthusiastic musicians eager to bring music to their community! Where will the jam session take place?
We constantly visit music studios and performance venues in each city where we are active or plan to launch. When a member requests to launch a jam session, they can specify where they would like it to occur. Alternatively, we will arrange it as close as possible to their address on record. The final venue will be agreed upon among the participants in the jam session.

Would you like me to provide my credit card or pay in advance?
No. Our members have joined Jam Nation to develop their musical skills, open new possibilities in their musical careers, have a great time playing together, and acknowledge the long-term value of learning music by playing together. We believe members will honor Jam Nation fees, allowing us to grow and provide even more value in return.
How is Jam Nation paid?
Currently, we can only accept payments via PayPal. We will soon set up more payment facilities for the convenience of all members.
Is playing in a jam session more time-consuming than practicing at home?
Indeed, a jam session requires commuting and a minimum setup in the studio. However, not every hour of practice is equal. After weighing the quality of the practice over the time spent, a jam session is, more often than not, the most productive use of a musician’s time.
